The managing partners, Lisa Levine and Mark Glassman, are the firm’s lead trial attorneys, and have more than 30 years of combined experience in personal injuries cases. Throughout her entire career, Ms. Levine has dedicated her practice to representing those injured by the negligence of others.  Ms. Levine has taken a special interest in legal matters involving women’s issues. For example, Ms. Levine was involved in the silicone implant cases involving The Dow Pharmaceutical Company, and routinely handles cases involving the misdiagnosis breast and/or uterine cancer. Ms. Levine and her clients have been featured on national news programs ranging from ABC’s Good Morning America to the Tyra Banks Show. Prior to becoming an attorney exclusively representing the injured, Mr. Glassman spent many years defending the insurance companies, corporations and hospitals that he now sues. With his defense background, Mr. Glassman understands the claims process from all perspectives, and can undertake strategies to maximize your recovery. As a Plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Glassman has been involved in pharmaceutical cases involving the infamous diet drug, Phen Fen, and his cases have been highlighted in professional journals such as The Daily Business Review and Contractor Magazine.
