Like her colleague, Mark Glassman, Lisa was born in New York, but eventually moved to South Florida before practicing law. Ms. Levine earned her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in Massachusetts in 1982 before moving to Florida and studying law at the University of Miami. After earning her J.D. and being admitted to the Florida Bar, she began her private practice.

Lisa Levine is a very involved personal injury attorney who has taken special interest in legal matters that involve women's issues. She is a member of a number of organizations that concern themselves with the advancement of women's rights and regularly handles cases involving misdiagnosis of breast or uterine cancer in women.
